Return/Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund of the returned items or exchange it for something else that is equal in value. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 5 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 

Damaged product due to melting, shifting/breaking due to improper transportation, animal damage, sitting/stepping on, and/or product was dropped in addition to all bread sales (spoiled items are excluded due to lack of use of any preservatives), items that are labeled "Day Old" are excluded and are not eligible for return/refund/replacement. Online orders that were fulfilled and not picked up are not eligible for refunds or store credit.  

This policy only applies to purchases made at our location. Anything purchased thru a third party seller (IE: store, restaurant/cafe, etc.) is excluded.
